1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to all states and territories within Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia
  • Sabah and Sarawak

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM 8 (Free for orders above RM 300).
  • Sabah and Sarawak: RM 10 (Free for orders above RM 300).

3.2 Express Shipping (Optional):

  • Available for an additional fee, calculated during checkout.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days.
  • Sabah and Sarawak: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (depending on location).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs delays, or high order volumes during peak periods.
